The Court fees calculation is another in a series of projects which the
Ministry of Judiciary has taken over from Judges web. The main objective
is to provide increased transparency in judicial practice accompanied
by higher efficiency in judges work.
There's an available on-line
access to instructions on ways how to pay Court fees and parties' dues
in all kinds of procedures in compliance with the Law on Court Fees
(consolidated text – National Gazette 26/03) with concrete calculation
of the fees due for paying.
