Sudačka mreža (Judges web) and High Commercial Court together with the Ministry of Justice have presented in Zagreb the project named “Decisions reached by High Commercial Court”, that publishes on internet decisions reached by High Commercial Court. The project, co-financed by the Kingdom of Norway, was realized according to the programme against fighting corruption.
Project is 118.000 euro worth and it took three years to plan it. On High Commercial Court website you can currently find 21.000 court’s second instance verdicts. The public will have insight in all the verdicts when they are published on internet.
