We will reduce the number of commercial courts
While presenting the project that issued on www.sudacka-mreza.hr more than 21.000 second instance verdicts of Supreme Court and more than 1100 decisions reached by other courts, the Minister of Justice also announced that the plan to reduce the number of commercial courts will be known by the end of the year.
