„Web bankruptcy“ offers an all encompassing overview of the bankruptcy procedures.
„Web bankruptcy“ project includes publishing of public notices on the sales of all bankruptcy debtors assets in Croatia. Thanks to „Web bankruptcy“ interested buyers can at all times access informations on assets being sold, conditions and ways of participating in auctioning as same as liquidators running the bankruptcy procedure. The publishing of public notices enables insight into how bankruptcy procedures' are assigned and ran, search by the type of assets, Commercial Court competence, company's name, liquidators name and bankruptcy procedures status all of which offers a simple way of accessing the data of interest to potential buyer.
Except having a search option on bankruptcy procedures public notices, the „Web bankruptcy“ contains a list of liquidators enlisted on Ministry of Justice official list. A separate Internet page is created for each liquidator containing their contact data, overview of bankruptcy procedures led and currently being led and a CV in EU format.
The educational aspect of „Web bankruptcy“ comes in shape of publishing expert thesis in fields of bankruptcy and bankruptcy procedures as same as publihing the bankruptcy law. Each year, In cooperation with the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia, the Judges web publishes on its pages a part of High Commercial Court repertories concerning bankruptcy.
Access to all data as same as publishing public notices on sales of bankruptcy assets are free of charge while the Judges web remains open for cooperation and suggestions towards further improving of the project.
