Yesterday the project "High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia - Web Bankruptcy" was presented in the Government which should ensure complete transparency of bankruptcy procedures and allow potential buyers in Croatia and abroad simple access to information on bankruptcy assets offered for sale. The project concerns a specialized bilingual (Croatian and English) web page which follows bankruptcy procedures led before all commercial courts in the country. The Minister of Justice Ana Lovrin stated that this is another step in judicial reform and prevention of corruption through establishing a more efficient and transparent public administration. The President of the High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia Srđan Šimac pointed out that this is "a world unique project fully envisioned and implemented by domestic intelligence".
